Wooster Elastomers is always looking for dedicated candidates who enjoy a team environment.
Our work week for most positions is 36 hours (that’s 3 days with a 12-hour shift), but you are paid for 40 hours per week for only 36 hours of work!! There may be some mandatory overtime, and we will always give as much advance notice as possible. An attendance bonus of $1.00 per hour worked is paid monthly when an employee works all of their scheduled hours.
Medical and life insurance benefits are covered for all employees. We also provide a 401 (k) with up to 4% matching by us.
