Wooster Elastomers provides mixing services that are tailored to customer needs, no matter how large or small, complex or simple the order. Our goal is to provide the best lead times for mixing, the quickest turn-around time for orders, and the most effective problem resolution.

We use only raw ingredients that originate from certified suppliers, and we follow ISO 9001:2015 standards to ensure a quality product.

Whether you need a master batch mixed on our Banbury mixer or an order of multiple truck loads, Wooster Elastomers can provide the best custom mixing experience! We can handle rapid batch changeovers to help you meet deadline changes and fulfill rush orders. On custom mix orders, we are capable of calendaring any polymer producing sheet gauges of .015 to .750 and widths up to 76”. 

Our current capacity is 30 million pounds, but we look to expand in the near future.
